No more random workouts, in QStrong, we train for your goals - build muscle and strength and/or fat loss. QStrong is a small group strength training session with personal training results! Train with us 3x a week and see how much stronger you get! 30 mins of focused, simple, effective yet fun full body strength training and I workout with you so I feel what you feel!🔥 Time goes by quick, so before you know it, you’re done and you feel accomplished! The key is to progressively challenge your body week after week to build muscles and get stronger. There are a few ways we progress in QStrong: add volume/load (use of heavier weights when able), utilize tempo training (isometric holds and slow tempo), increase range of movement, increase reps or increase sets. Overall with QStrong training, keep working at your own pace, choose your weights or just use body weight, choose your intensity and modify to level down or up as you wish. Push hard when you know you can, pull back when needed - respect your limitations. Safety first always. Every 4-5 weeks, I have built in de-load sessions for recovery and prevent overuse of muscles. De-load week is also a good time to work on range of motion, squat depth, technique, better form & posture and overall body awareness. Beginners are highly encouraged to join! You will have access to me outside of class training sessions for any questions you may have including how to modify for injury or other restrictions.
