KATz Coaching, How It Works 1. Pick the Coaching Package that works for you and pre-register 2. I will contact you by phone within 48 hours to discuss your coaching option, discuss your needs and goals to see if we are a good fit 3. Once you are ready to commit, I will request payment via Zelle or other method per our conversation 4. A formal Client Intake Questionnaire will be sent for you to complete and return 5. On our first training session we will have a movement and fitness assessment, to simply see where we are starting from and if any, note any limitations and muscle imbalances that we can work on with mobility and corrective exercises. 6. I will then write your personal program every month based on all information collected and the assessments. Your personal program will be specifically designed to meet your goals, your current fitness level, and your abilities. 7. We are off to a great start and we take off from there!
