KATz Coaching, How It Works OPTION 1: Online Personal Coaching via ProCoach 1. Sign up via ProCoach link 2. I will send you a link to your Intake Questionnaire 3. We will set up a time to connect via ProCoach app to discuss training 4. Daily lessons will be sent to your inbox. Specific Nutrition lessons will be chosen from our conversations and feedback. Lessons may include sleep, stress and other healthy daily living lessons and practices as per our discussions. 5. If you also opted for the online workout & movement sessions - workouts will be delivered to your inbox, you will have video and text explanation. Your workouts will be tailored to your needs including chronic lower or upper body pain options, etc. that will suit just what you need, You have a choice of 3 months, 6 months or 12 month coaching with bi-weekly check in and unlimited email support.
OPTION 2: Personal Training and Coaching in Person or Zoom
We will do a phone chat to talk about you and what your needs and goals are to see if we are a good fit.
After, I will follow up by sending some paperwork for you to fill out that will tell me more about you, your workout and dieting history, medical and physical issues (if any), and anything else you think is important for me to know.
We will set up a time to talk on the phone or Zoom to review the information and discuss your program moving forward.
On our first training session we will have a movement and fitness assessment, to simply see where we are starting from and if any, note any imbalances that we can work on with corrective exercise.
I will then write your personal program every month based on all information collected and the assessments. Your personal program will be specifically designed to meet your goals, your current fitness level, and your abilities.
Food & Nutrition – I will work on setting appropriate daily calorie and nutrition goals, specifically your macronutrients - Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. We start with simple hand portion tracking and then tracking with an app when you are ready.
A 4 month commitment minimum is required. The reason is simple: You won’t see the progress you want in only a few weeks. The first month will be like "working out the kinks" and setting you up with a solid program that is sustainable. There will be curve balls and obstacles life wants to throw at you and we will work through them as they come. This is a process of change and change takes time, but it DOES work. Give it time. This will be a step by step program, tailored to you - not any generic, one size fits all program you will find on the internet. I will be your Coach, who cares in your deep health and I will be supportive and encouraging environment for you too reach your goals, we are partners, I will be there every step of the way and even pray for you and your journey.
